About Us
Sheila M. Flint, CPA, LLC was established in 1999. The main motivation to open my own business was to provide clients with excellent tax and accounting services for reasonable fees in my home town.

Our Staff consists of a CPA, an enrolled agent, a staff accountant, and a bookkeeper/receptionist. We specialize in small business accounting and income tax preparation. We have a combined total of 71 years in small business accounting experience.

Industry areas of expertise include construction companies, trucking, manufacturing, nonprofits, service industries, and health care. We prepare individual, partnership, corporation, nonprofit, and fiduciary income tax returns.

Some of the services we have offered over the years include QuickBooks consulting, payroll preparation, certified payroll, sales and use tax returns, workers comp audits, assistance with IRS and state income tax problems, and IRS audit assistance. We offer full bookkeeping services- bill paying, bank reconciliations, payroll and sales tax reporting and preparation, and financial statements.

New clients come to us for advice on starting a business, completing federal and state registration forms, and establishing a single member limited liability company. We have composed a booklet for new businesses to assist clients in wading through the complex tax laws.

We want to grow our clientele through this website by providing information on income tax preparation, starting and operating a small business, and maintaining and increasing their wealth. We want to assist our clients in becoming highly successful individuals.

Our mission is similar to my primary motivation for starting this business, and that is to provide competitively priced services with personal attention to accuracy and details. We perform review procedures on all work released from the office. We institute a variety of checklists to help insure the accuracy of our work. We promise our clients that we will make every possible effort to provide exceptional services to them, no matter how small or large the particular project.
